Client Name: State of Louisiana
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Test IT systems and processes; build defined test scripts for completion.
Run test scripts or scenarios to validate software.
Test all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications.
Run load tests to isolate performance issues.
Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
3+ years’ experience in document management or information governance.
1+ years’ experience using testing tools and software for managing test cases and tracking defects.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and system testing.
Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience working in Kofax.
Familiarity with document workflows.
Experience with IBM FileNet.
Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation.
