Role Title: Growth Marketing Lead
Job Description
As a key member of our global team, you’ll not only execute but also strategize, analyze, and scale marketing initiatives that make a measurable impact. You’ll have the autonomy to build and manage a small team, bring in freelancers as needed, and work cross-functionally across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel, data-driven growth strategies
Own and optimize all marketing channels: paid (Google Ads, etc.), owned (email, website), earned (PR, UGC), and social (organic & paid)
Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns, especially in Google Ads and email
Lead ongoing testing and optimization to maximize ROI and LTV
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform future strategies
Collaborate with the product, design, and content teams to align messaging and initiatives
Build and manage a nimble in-house team or freelance support as needed
5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within tech or ecommerce
Proven success in scaling paid acquisition channels, especially Google Ads and email
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, attribution, and funnel optimization
Deep understanding of key marketing metrics and performance KPIs
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for thoughtful gifting and creating joyful customer experiences
Experience working with remote and global teams is a plus
