Job Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and handle their customer calls of about 100 a day. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Act as Inbound Call Center Agent for buildings to log package deliveries, let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area.
Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high volume production environment
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a call center environment of at least 100 calls per day.
4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent.
