Are you a HubSpot expert who thrives on building systems that drive revenue growth? Do you love owning strategy, automation, and reporting from end to end? If so, we want you on our team.


Work Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: Semi-Flexible (8 AM–5 PM EDT / 8 PM–5 AM PHT), Monday to Friday
Rest Days: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)


What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 System Ownership & Strategy

  • Be the HubSpot product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
  • Architect and maintain the entire GTM infrastructure—lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute—fast

🔹 Full Funnel Ops & Automation

  • Build and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts
  • Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
  • Ensure seamless integrations with Webflow, ZoomInfo, UserPilot, BI tools, and other key platforms

🔹 Reporting & Attribution

  • Create executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Manage multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDRs, and Sales
  • Deliver always-accurate, decision-ready reports

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to refine UTM strategy, campaign builds, and email templates
  • Align with Sales leadership on pipeline structure, SLA monitoring, and performance workflows
  • Collaborate with BDRs on lead stages, lifecycle strategy, and reporting improvements
