What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Phone Operator at AnswerHero, you’ll be the first voice our clients’ customers hear — and a vital part of their business experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Communicating fluently and confidently in both English and Spanish
  • Gathering accurate information and taking clear, concise messages

  • Following client-specific call-handling instructions and protocols
