Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide tailored property and casualty insurance solutions.
  • Present and explain insurance policies, highlighting key features and benefits to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
  • Assist clients in completing applications and claims processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' risks and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with insurance software.
  • Active property and casualty insurance license is required.
