Job Overview 

We are looking for Solution Architect to help navigate our complex corporate landscape—shaped by diverse regulations, rapid growth, and active product development—by partnering with IT and Business teams to enable scalable, strategic expansion.

Requirements

• Working experience of 2+ years as an Architect, System Analyst, or top-tire Developer or DevOps/SysOps;
• Solid understanding of the software development process;
• Clear communication skills & the ability to build strong business relationships; experience in negotiation at a high level;
• Ability to determine systems reliability and performance problems and discover, validate and offer solutions;
• Ability to write product documentation (specification, requirements, instructions, product strategy, and roadmap);
• Languages: English – Essential.
• Understanding of general software development processes within the Agile framework (Scrum, SAFe);
• Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), design approach (e.g., DDD, EDA, MSA);
• Experience of working with public cloud (AWS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work with Business-departments and IT delivery teams to discover optimal solutions for various business problems. Consider both functional and non-functional requirements: cost efficiency, time to market, and quality;
• Develop technical product documentation, including product vision, roadmap, NFRs. Ensure that product quality attributes meet the criteria;

• Record decisions and share among the IT;

• Lead technical choices, including technology stack choice;

• Participate in development of technical standards;

• Offer and participate in the 3rd party software choice, participate in negotiations with vendors;

• Ensure the “build versus buy” principle is always considered to support business needs optimally;

• Identify and document reusable building blocks and architectural patterns;
• Participate in the development of Architectural Capability in the organization;
• Typically, depending on experience, assignment to the roles of Domain Architect and Application Architect is encouraged:
• Creating a vision for the development of the domain (as a Domain Architect);
• Design Applications (as an Application Architect).
