You’ll work with US companies to improve their internal systems, support cross-functional teams, and ensure that technology supports business growth.

We are looking for Systems Analysts who are analytical, methodical, and skilled at optimizing digital workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Design and propose scalable system solutions that meet business needs
• Support implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption
• Create documentation for system workflows, data flows, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure successful rollouts
• Troubleshoot issues and offer ongoing system support post-implementation
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, Visio, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and others

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Strong understanding of business systems, process mapping, and software lifecycle
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define needs
• Proficiency with SQL, data analysis tools, and system documentation platforms
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom internal systems
• Bonus: Experience working with US-based teams or across international time zones
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
