About the Role

InkBridge Networks is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives on designing, building, and deploying complex and mission-critical network ecosystems. We work with some of the world’s most recognized organizations — including AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and Vodafone — to build infrastructure that simply cannot fail.

In this role, you’ll focus on deploying robust, high-performance, and highly available infrastructure across multiple geographic sites — systems that serve millions of users and require zero downtime.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and deploy custom network infrastructure for ISPs and global enterprises
Architect systems for high availability, load balancing, failover, and multi-site synchronization
Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions
Build the ecosystems around FreeRADIUS — including databases, authentication services, and infrastructure automation
Collaborate with a global team in a low-bureaucracy, engineering-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

We value technical depth, strong communication, and ownership mindset. You’ll need to demonstrate:

10+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with large-scale network deployments and infrastructure automation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Required technologies:

SaltStack
Terraform
Git & GitHub Actions
vSphere or similar virtualization platforms (e.g., VirtualBox, Docker)
A modern programming language (Python, Lua, etc. — anything but JavaScript)
Shell scripting in a Unix environment
CI/CD practices
General networking knowledge (Layers 2–4)

Redis or equivalents
RADIUS and FreeRADIUS
