Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media, sparking interest in our cutting-edge VOIP services.
  • Eagerly engage with prospects, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure they feel valued and informed.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to refine your pitch and maximize engagement with leads.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and maintain an inviting rapport.
  • Gather feedback from your interactions and contribute ideas to enhance our outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging others.
  • Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and interesting manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to collaborate with a vibrant team.
  • A passion for technology and VOIP services is a major plus!

Benefits

1. Appointment Setter (VoIP Sales Development Rep - SDR)

Base Salary (Hourly or Monthly):

• $2/hour (entry to mid-level)

• 300$ base (depending on experience and volume expectations)

Commission/Bonus Structure:

• 10–15per qualified appointment (depending on deal size and target quality)

• + Tier Bonuses:

• 20+ qualified appts/month: Extra $125

• 30+ appts/month: Extra $250

• 40+ appts/month: Extra $500+

KPIs:

• 3–5 qualified appointments per day

• 70%+ show rate

• 20%+ conversion to demo/close
