ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients to promote our services, generate leads, and enhance our customer database. As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure appointments or interest from prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate interest.
  • Utilize a provided script while maintaining a conversational tone to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight relevant service benefits.
  • Document and track interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments set.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during calls.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve telemarketing techniques and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Strong persuasive skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
