Senior MERN Developer

Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 10-16 LPA)

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the MERN stack and a solid grasp of modern development practices, with a focus on clean code, effective collaboration, and problem-solving.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces and external services.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, identify performance issues, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proficient in React.js (including Hooks and Redux), Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and solid understanding of database schema design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong grasp of component-based architecture and state management patterns.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to unit testing tools such as Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
