As our Senior Content Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Mirumee communicates with the world. You won’t just be writing – you’ll be building a narrative that connects our technology, people, and products with the right audience in the right way.

Your profile
  • Excellent writing skills in English are a must, and English or American Studies are highly appreciated
  • A solid understanding of the software development process and technologies, which will allow writing accurate and compelling content that resonates with the target audience
  • Having experience in writing marketing materials such as landing pages, brochures, case studies, and white papers
  • Understanding of SEO and the ability to write compelling copy that is optimized for search engines
  • Having an eye for detail and being able to proofread and edit work for accuracy, grammar, and spelling errors
  • Excellent communication skills and being able to work collaboratively with sales, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the content aligns with the company's goals and vision
  • Having a portfolio of work that showcases skills and experience. The portfolio should include a variety of writing samples, including web content, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve our content strategy across blog, social media, and marketing materials – with a strong focus on relevance, clarity, and value.
  • Create standout content: write original blog posts, co-author pieces with our developers and partners, develop compelling case studies, and craft high-converting landing pages.
  • Run our social channels (primarily LinkedIn, optionally Twitter) with a tone that matches our brand: smart, bold, and human. Plan, post, and optimize regularly.
  • Collaborate with the tech and business teams to turn complex topics into engaging stories – you’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
  • Lead content projects end-to-end: from idea generation, through interviews, drafting, editing, and publishing, to distribution and performance tracking.
  • Work with SEO and analytics tools to ensure your content ranks, converts, and performs over time.
  • Continuously improve our content ops: define tone of voice, build scalable templates and workflows, and contribute to our documentation and knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Support product and brand launches with engaging messaging and storytelling that drives awareness and demand.
