Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to transportation services

  • Provide information on services, routes, and schedules
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in transportation or logistics
