US Product & Systems Development Specialist (WFH)

  • At PeoplePartners, we’re on the hunt for a smart, hands-on systems thinker to support one of our awesome US-based clients. They’re scaling fast and need a proactive, tools-obsessed specialist to build automations, integrations, and clever internal systems that make teams run smoother.
About the Role
  • As a Product & Systems Development Specialist, you’ll work directly with the CIO, translating business needs into streamlined technical solutions. From API integrations to dashboard creation and internal tooling—you’ll be the go-to for making systems talk, data flow, and teams breathe a little easier.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build internal systems, automations, and API integrations
  • Turn vague business needs into concrete, elegant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers to move projects forward.
  • Create dashboards and reports using BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Document your processes and help roll out tools across teams.
