This is a remote position.
- Support outbound sales efforts by initiating contact with current & prospective clients (cold calling for new clients/emailing).
- Identify and connect with potential new clients on LinkedIn, industry directories and relevant platforms.
- Maintain and update CRM with prospect and client information.
- Respond to emails from current and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Schedule and confirm meetings or follow-ups for the CEO or senior sales team.
- Prepare follow-up documentation or communications after client meetings.
- Manage invoice follow-ups and ensure timely payment tracking.
- Organise and file client information and project updates.
- Assist with preparing proposals and onboarding documents.(Order Sheet, Invoice
- Contact, Saving files in respective folders)
- Identify emerging fashion brands, agents, and manufacturers with potential partnership or sales opportunities.
- Track competitor activity and international manufacturing trends.
● Experience in a sales support, business development, or executive assistant role.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Comfortable with cold calling and building rapport with new contacts.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
● Confident using LinkedIn, Gmail, and CRM tools (e.g., Monday, Pipedrive, or similar)
● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Experience working with international clients or supply chains is a bonus.
