Client Billing & Finance Specialist (Night Shift) - Remote

Background

PeoplePartners is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy finance pro to support one of our amazing clients. If you love keeping operations humming, solving problems, and handling a mix of finance, billing, and team coordination—this might be your next big move.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with clients and the sales team to answer finance-related queries, move new product billing through the pipeline, and keep communication flowing across platforms like Zoho, QuickBooks, and Skype.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client questions about billing and product charges.
  • Help the sales team with finance-related queries.
  • Run payroll using QuickBooks.
  • Process weekly invoices and enter payments into the commissions cycle.
  • Manage internal and vendor communications (Skype, Email, WhatsApp, Zoho).
  • Reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Attend team meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually).
