本ポジションは、主にWEBサイトのオペレーション・コミュニケーション業務をメインに担当いただきます。EMEA地域におけるWEBサイト統合プロジェクトをリードし、グローバルなWEBオペレーションの標準化・最適化を推進します。WEBサイトの構造やオペレーションを深く理解したうえ、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、ブランド価値を高めるデジタルコミュニケーション基盤を構築します。

Santen announced a new mid-term business plan in May 2025, and its goals include enhancing brand presence overseas and creating new markets in new disease areas. Proactive brand communication will be critical for supporting future business growth, so the Company is seeking a new member in the Corporate Branding team to strengthen its brand communications.  This position will mainly be responsible for website operations and digital communications. The new member will lead the EMEA region website integration project and promote the standardization and optimization of the Company’s global website operations. The new member will need to have a deep understanding of website structure and operations, and will closely work with together with corporate communications colleagues, key internal stakeholders, and external partners to build digital communications infrastructure that enhances Santen’s brand value.

• EMEA地域のWEBサイト統合プロジェクトの企画・推進・管理
• WEBコンポーネントの開発・管理（UX/UI、CMSテンプレート、アクセスビリティ対応等）
• 各種プロジェクトにおいてベンダーとの要件定義、進行・品質管理
• WEBサイト等デジタルチャネルのコンテンツ企画、制作
• 各種ブランドアセットの管理、運用フロー効率化
• その他ブランド戦略に基づく各種コミュニケーション施策の立案・実行
   

Main Responsibilities:

• Standardization and optimization of global web operations (revision of guidelines and operational workflows, maintenance of various functions including CMS)
• Planning, promotion, and management of the EMEA region website integration project
• Development and management of web components (UX/UI, CMS templates, accessibility support, etc.)
• Defining requirements and managing vendor progress and quality for various projects
• Planning and production of content for websites and other digital channels
• Management of brand assets and optimization of operational workflows
• Planning and execution of various communication measures based on the brand strategy

• 大学または大学院卒業

職歴:

• 多国籍企業におけるWEBサイト運用・統合プロジェクトの実務経験（3年以上）
• 製薬またはヘルスケア業界で主にブランディングまたは広報に携わった経験（2年以上）
• ステークホルダーが20人以上のグローバルプロジェクトのリード経験

能力：

• デジタルコミュニケーションおよびデジタルプラットフォーム(CMSなど)に関する深い知識を持ち、実践能力のある方
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、短期と長期の優先事項のバランスを取りながら各ステークホルダーのタスク最適化に向けサポートができるプロジェクトマネジメント能力の高い方
• 異文化環境でのグローバルコミュニケーション能力のある方

スキルとコンピテンシー：

Academic Background:

• University or graduate degree

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of practical experience with website operation and integration projects at a multinational company
• At least 2 years of experience in branding or public relations, primarily in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Experience leading a global project with 20 or more stakeholders

Capabilities:

• Deep knowledge and practical skills relating to digital communication and digital platforms (CMS, etc.)
• Highly skilled project manager capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and supporting task optimization for each stakeholder
• Global communication skills required for a cross-cultural environment
• Understand and agree with Santen's corporate vision and are a self-starter
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and have a positive influence on your team. You work effectively with members from diverse backgrounds and maximize the team's performance.
