Job description

This product management role is highly collaborative and involves working closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and product marketing. You are passionate about contributing to positive customer experiences and business outcomes.
You are analytical, possess a foundational understanding of technical concepts, and are commercially aware. You enjoy learning about customer needs and advocating for them within the organization. You can grasp new information quickly and help manage priorities. You communicate effectively in Japanese and English and enjoy working in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and iterate on product strategy for assigned features or minor product lines
  • Support the delivery of product milestones and assist in managing the lifecycle of new feature development
  • Collaborate with business owners to align product features with overall strategy and business objectives
  • Communicate regularly with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Assist in managing project timelines and prioritizing product issues
  • Analyze usage data and gather qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for assigned areas and identify potential product opportunities

  • Required Skills
  • 2+ years of product management or product planning experience
  • Experience contributing to the successful delivery of mobile and/or web consumer apps (SaaS B2B, B2C product)
  • Ability to contribute to imagining, planning, and delivering software products that solve market needs
  • Ability to conduct competitive and market research to support value hypothesis creation
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
  • Native Japanese and Business English
