We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in React, Node.js, and SQL to develop and maintain an internal role-based web application used across multiple departments. You'll build secure and scalable APIs, interfaces for timecard and job tracking, and support workflows across HR, PMs, Finance, and Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an internal role-based web application used across departments for scheduling, job tracking, approvals, and data submission.
Build interfaces for timecard approval, job lifecycle tracking, compliance uploads, and financial visibility.
Handle file uploads and conversion to import-ready formats for operational platforms.
Create secure, scalable APIs to interface with internal databases and sync layers.
Collaborate with system architects, data engineers, and QA on modular feature releases.
Implement UI/UX improvements for workflows across HR, PMs, Finance, and Executives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience building applications with React, Node.js, and SQL backends
Strong understanding of secure API design, middleware architecture, and Azure integration
Experience with file parsing, validation, and data transformation for business workflows
Familiarity with authentication systems (SSO, OAuth) and RBAC models
Experience working in Agile teams using Jira for task management, sprints, and collaboration
Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration delivery
Bonus: Experience with construction or manufacturing workflows
