  • Travel as required, with a focus on detailed and people-oriented auditing processes.

Job Description
  • To audit Hotels Standards related to Food Safety, Hygiene, Legionella, Housekeeping and general Hospitality.
  • Adhere to high standards of behavior (e.g. honesty and candidness) in the course of their work and in their relationships whether it be personal or with the staff of audited entities.
  • Analytical thinking, Decision maker and problem solver.
  • People oriented and Detailed oriented.
  • Time management skills

Qualifications
  • At least 4 to 5 years  of experience in food safety operation.
  • BSc. of Veterinary/agriculture
  • Good  knowledge of the concepts of food safety management including prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
  • Very Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
  • Job is not Cairo based should be flexible for travel days .
  • Training skills
  • Very Good English and culinary terminology skills
  • Legionella , housekeeping audit awareness is a plus.
