Develop software reference architectures and extensions to Products to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with internal sales and other customer-facing staff for successful customer adoption of products.
Act as a product champion and echo the voice of the customer to our Marketing and Development organizations.

Programming knowledge of at least one: Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, C/C++, MATLAB.
Customer-facing experience required.
IT software development experience required.
Interest in one or more of the following IT areas is required:
- Cloud, e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Hadoop or Spark.
- Data streaming and IoT related technologies, e.g. Kafka or IoT Hub.
- Databases, e.g. MongoDB, SQL Server or Cassandra.
- Visualization, e.g. Tableau, Power BI or Spotfire.

A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

This is a remote position.

160,000 -200,000
