Job description

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead and Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise marketing automation solutions. The role focuses on building scalable and integrated SFMC solutions that drive personalized customer journeys and measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will ensure integration with Salesforce CRM, external systems, and data platforms, while promoting best practices across architecture, governance, and security. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup with international teams and contribute to digital transformation efforts in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable, secure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business needs,
  • Define and implement data models, segmentation, and automation frameworks,
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external APIs and data platforms,
  • Lead implementation of multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and Web,
  • Develop AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for dynamic campaign execution,
  • Manage encryption, ETL, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA standards,
  • Oversee integration processes using REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect,
  • Leverage Datorama for performance analytics and insights,
  • Enforce coding standards, security policies, and governance within SFMC,
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging MarTech trends and personalization strategies




Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation
  • Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
  • Strong experience in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API integrations
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and third-party tools
  • Advanced knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data encryption policies
  • Experience in working with Datorama, Interaction Studio, and Intelligence reporting tools
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor technical contributors
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are mandatory
