Senior Delivery Manager

This is a remote position.

• Product Ownership:
  

• Serve as Agile Product Owner on projects
  

• Able to define or elicit requirements from clients, teams, and users
  

• Able to create and/or facilitate appropriate workshops for discovery and collaboration
  

• Able to create and maintain product journey maps, screenflows, approved designs, or other artifacts needed communicate and document product design and functionality
  

• Build and structure Product Backlog in Jira
  

• Write development-ready User Stories, including detailed acceptance criteria and traceability to user needs and higher level requirements
  

• Perform Sprint Prioritization and Planning with clients and scrum team
  

• Communicate business and user value of design choice options
  

• Understands and can apply principles of Behavior Driven Design – BDD.
  

• Serve as Product Expert to internal and external teams
  

• Perform acceptance testing or review of work delivered in sprints
  

• Project Management:
  

• Team lead in driving accurate story estimating, keeping to project timelines, forecasting resource requirements, and managing change
  

• Manage project budgets, scope, risk and timelines, metrics, and status reporting
  

• Facilitate team and client meetings, including regular client touch points
  

• Perform oversight and documentation as defined and required under Orthogonal Quality Management System
  

• Coordinate project activities and plan for resource availability
  

• Scrum Master responsibilities: conduct Agile ceremonies, clear team blockers, review sprint reports with the scrum team, drive towards continuous improvement, and teach and promote agile practices
  

• Manage or help manage consultation efforts with clients, interfacing with their project and program stakeholders for planning, status, and process alignment
  

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience (You’d be a great fit if you have…):

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager or a related position responsible for software product delivery
  

• In-depth knowledge of Jira & Confluence for Agile Project Management, collaboration, and documentation
  

• Experience in a consulting capacity being the account manager or primary contact for client relationships
  

• Experience with Development under Design Controls within an ISO 13485 Quality Management System
  

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  

• Experience working with key client projects, leading enablement or transformation efforts
