Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, demonstrate strong analytics capabilities, and exhibit a keen eye for design. Additionally, experience in content creation, podcasting, or YouTube is highly valued for this role. The primary focus will be on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data to enhance campaign effectiveness.



Responsibilities: 
  • Follows the company’s values, vision, and mission.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on paid advertising on LinkedIn and Google.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and compelling ad copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Assist in the creation and production of content for podcasts, YouTube, and other digital channels as needed.
  • Manage database marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data setup and optimization for targeted outreach.


Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail, particularly in design and copywriting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience in content creation, podcasting, or YouTube production is a significant advantage.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms are preferred but not required.
