Job description

This is a remote position.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading a high-performance team to create and implement strategic sales initiatives and campaigns that increase the number of leads.
  • Manage & interact with possible leads and current customers. Build and maintain win-win relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities based on current and future needs.
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Manage the sales and advertising budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.
  • Responsible for all customer-related correspondence and serves as the liaison between customers and stakeholders and Digita senior management.
  • Responsible for designing and improving internal growth processes, including customers and leads databases, intake procedures, etc.
  • Managing customer & sales accounts across the company, responsibility for keeping them running effectively and monitoring and optimizing bid rates.
  • Contribute to marketing & sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Measure and report the performance of the growth department and its outcomes against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies to generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer relations and enhance customer experience and satisfaction while keeping Digita standards.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.
  • Joint responsibility for hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive growth. 


Requirements
  1. Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
  2. Proven working experience in sales & customer relations, particularly within the industry
  3. 5+ years of experience in planning and implementing growth strategies.
  4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  5. Experience in database management
  6. Solid knowledge of CRMs, websites and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.). Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices. 
  7. Recent experience using email marketing software and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite

This role requires constant interaction with potential and current customers on an ongoing basis, so the ideal candidate must have extensive experience and knowledge in customer communication and interaction.
