About KLIM Technologies

KLIM Technologies was founded in 2015 and has grown rapidly to become one of the top Amazon sellers in Europe. We specialize in identifying market gaps, launching consumer products at scale, and optimizing every operational detail for peak performance. In the last two years alone, we’ve launched over 250 products across multiple brands and we’re only accelerating in 2025.


Currently, over 97% of our sales come from Amazon. We believe this leaves massive growth potential untapped. That’s why we’re opening a new position for a Marketplace Business Developer - someone with the drive to help us diversify our sales channels and take KLIM global, one platform at a time.


About the Role

You will work directly with the CEO to expand KLIM beyond Amazon. Your mission: open new marketplaces, make them successful, hand off operations, then move to the next one.

Some of the marketplaces you may tackle include:

  • New Amazon regions: Japan, Australia, UAE, Singapore etc
  • Major non-Amazon platforms: Walmart, TikTok Shop,Temu, Etsy, etc
  • Regional marketplaces: German, French etc


Each project will follow a three-phase cycle:

  1. Understand & Strategize
    • Research the platform and country: demand, competition, logistics, pricing, localization, etc.
    • Identify the best product fits and define a winning go-to-market plan.

  2. Execute & Launch
    • Implement the plan. Coordinate with internal teams for product setup, logistics, advertising, and customer support.

  3. Systematize & Delegate
    • Once the market gains traction, document all processes and hand off operations to another team member.
    • Then start the process again with a new market or platform.

You will be the growth engine behind our marketplace expansion, and your compensation will reflect that. A strong performance-based bonus system is in place and directly tied to your results.

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketplace expansion, international e-commerce, or similar roles
  • Experience with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Decent skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Bonus: familiarity with international logistics, localization, or customer acquisition on new platforms
  • Bonus: any experience launching your own projects or managing from zero to one

  • €2,500/month
