At Firefly, we’re looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who will join our global sales team and who’s as excited about helping customers as they are about building solutions. You’ll be the technical voice of the prospect, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth journey — from the first technical demo to successful production deployment and beyond.
This role focuses on pre-sales solutions engineering — perfect for someone with a strong DevOps or cloud background, a startup mentality, and a passion for helping prospects understand and adopt cutting-edge technology.
The role is open to any candidate based in the PST, CST or MT timezone in the US.
