Our Partner is seeking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join theirNew Accounts Teamin Budapest. As anApplication Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience.
KeyResponsibilities:
Support both prospective and existing clients throughout the application process, respond to general inquiries about the services.
Process institutional and retail account applications in compliance with European regulations.
Review and verify documentation to support account openings.
Communicate with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate account approvals and updates.
Perform AML and KYC checks using multiple databases before account activation.
Adhere to internal policies and procedures for all account-related tasks.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience.
Confident, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Fluent English knowledge, andprofessional working proficiencyin at least one of the following languages is expected: French, French - German, Italian - Spanish.
Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating the internet and online platforms.
