THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Programs Leader to drive strategic alliances and enhance our global partner ecosystem. This role will design, implement, and manage partner programs that support sales growth, technical enablement, and joint partner marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has cybersecurity industry knowledge and experience working with VARs, MSSPs, CSPs, Services only Company and Technology Alliances. Responsibilities include defining program structure, setting performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners are empowered to deliver value, accelerate customer success, and extend our cybersecurity solutions to new markets.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Strategy & Design: Architect a scalable, tiered global partner program that aligns with corporate objectives, supports partner types, and drives partner engagement and success.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and oversee comprehensive enablement programs including onboarding, technical training, sales tools, and certification paths.
  • Joint GTM Execution: Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive co-branded campaigns, partner events, and demand-generation activities.
  • Performance & Incentives: Define and track partner performance metrics, including revenue impact, engagement levels, and program ROI. Design incentive structures and rewards to drive desired behaviors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure partner strategy supports broader business objectives.
  • Technology Alliances: Build and manage strategic technology partnerships that enhance solution offerings and create joint customer value.
  • Global Scale: Ensure partner programs are adapted to meet regional needs while maintaining global consistency and brand integrity.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner program leadership, ideally in the cybersecurity or broader enterprise software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in building and managing global partner ecosystems including VARs, MSSPs, CSPs, and alliance partners.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and partner business models.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define, track, and report on KPIs and partner performance.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment; able to lead strategically and execute tactically.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
