You are the spark that drives visibility and engagement. As Growth & Inbound Marketing Lead, your core mission is to design and execute a powerful inbound marketing engine that attracts qualified users and feeds our self-serve or inbound sales funnel. You’ll create levers for sustainable growth, bridging marketing, product and revenue.
Define the global inbound strategy to attract, activate and convert qualified users
Build content playbooks aligned with SEO/SEA goals and product narratives
Set up tools, dashboards and reporting frameworks
Produce or delegate production of high-impact assets: landing pages, SEO articles, guides, demo videos, etc.
Coordinate freelancers and content partners
Own and optimize our WordPress-based content architecture
Manage all acquisition channels (paid & organic): Google Ads, LinkedIn, social, retargeting, email…
Pilot A/B tests on landing pages and CTAs
Improve conversion across the full funnel (from install to activation and self-serve signup)
Track KPIs: traffic, installs, activation rate, conversion rate, LTV/CAC
Identify key growth loops and iterate: market benchmarks, user behavior, positioning tests
Collaborate with Product, Sales & Customer Success to align messaging
Validate resonance of content through user insights
Contribute to positioning and go-to-market tests
Proven track record in driving user acquisition through SEO, SEM, and content-led strategies
Hands-on expertise with WordPress, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Hotjar, and conversion rate optimization tools
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and user funnels (LTV, CAC, ARPU, activation, retention)
Comfortable owning both strategic planning and operational execution across multiple acquisition channels
Experience within AdTech or publisher ecosystems (e.g. SSP, header bidding) is a strong plus
Having built or scaled self-serve or PLG acquisition pipelines is highly valued
Performance-driven, creative, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
