Job description

We are now looking for a Sales Team Coordinator 

You will…

  • regularly monitor manager performance metrics: workload, processed_rate, contact_rate, paid_rate

  • Conduct regular quality assessments of calls, chats, performance

  • Conduct tests and pilots to improve the performance of current procedures: Care Calls, Churn Prevention, Killer Base, Upselling in Active Base

  • regularly evaluate the bonus system, make monthly calculations of bonus accruals

  • regularly assess the quality of sales scripts, sales macros in Intercom and conduct tests to improve them

  • together with the automation team, calibrate and evaluate the quality of automated flows and scripts, check that all managers regularly process contacts from robot flows

  • make regular reports and presentations with the outcomes and results of secondary sales managers

  • look for and encourage best practices among managers and communicate them to other team members

  • provide feedback to regional leads on any possible staffing decisions
