Location: Remote – Based in Colombia, México or Perú

As our portfolio grows, we are seeking a data-driven and analytical Revenue Analyst to optimize pricing strategies across our diverse markets.


Position Summary:

The Revenue Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue Management team by providing in-depth data analysis, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for our apartment portfolio in Canada and Latin America. This individual will be responsible for monitoring market trends, optimizing pricing, and ensuring our inventory is positioned competitively to maximize occupancy and revenue for short-term and extended stays.

Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to market demand, booking pace, historical performance, competitor pricing, and channel production for apartments in Canada and Latin America.
  • Prepare and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) revenue reports, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the Revenue Management and leadership teams.


Pricing & Inventory Optimization:

  • Monitor and review daily pricing adjustments made by dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs) and internal systems.
  • Propose and implement manual pricing adjustments, length-of-stay restrictions, and availability controls based on data analysis, market events, and demand forecasts.
  • Conduct competitive rate shopping and market segment analysis to ensure optimal positioning against competitors.
  • Identify pricing discrepancies and work with the distribution team to ensure rate parity across all channels.

Forecasting Support:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of short-term and long-term revenue forecasts for various markets and property segments.
  • Analyze forecast variances and contribute to strategy adjustments.



Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Continuously monitor local, national, and international market conditions, economic indicators, and special events impacting demand in Canada and Latin America.
    Track competitor activity, new developments, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

System Optimization:

  • Ensure data integrity within the PMS, CRS, channel manager, and dynamic pricing tools.
    Assist in the setup and optimization of pricing rules, demand calendars, and integrations within relevant revenue technology platforms.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
    Provide insights and data to support contract negotiations for corporate accounts and long-term stays.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a revenue management, revenue analysis, or financial analyst role within the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals preferred).

Proven experience working with data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse) and Channel Managers is a strong asset.

Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is essential.

Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced analytics software is a plus.

Strong understanding of key hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, TRevPAR, NRevPAR, GOPPAR, ARI, RGI, MPI).

Key Competencies:

Highly Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify patterns, draw conclusions from complex data, and ensure precision in reporting.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying revenue opportunities and addressing performance gaps.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. (Proficiency in French is a strong asset for Canadian markets.)

Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect data insights to broader business objectives.
