About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design, Video & Creative Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll transform ideas into compelling visuals, create impactful videos, and drive brand consistency across three distinct brands. You’ll be at the center of design, video and branding execution, campaign support, and storytelling—helping us bring our brand to life through stunning graphics and thoughtful content.
Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST / 9PM - 6AM PHT
Work set-up: Remote
What You'll Do
Creative & Content Development
Translate marketing concepts into engaging visuals including one-pagers, pitch decks, event signage, and digital content.
Coordinate the design of blogs, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement content with internal and external collaborators
Produce and edit impactful videos (testimonials, explainers, brand, animation), and manage file delivery and branding
Brand & Campaign Execution
Support the Marketing Manager with the development and rollout of brand strategies across three unique business units.
Design assets for integrated campaigns (email, social, web, paid media) while maintaining consistent brand standards.
Assist with the planning, development, and execution of creative strategies for new initiatives and offerings.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Help to grow the company’s social media presence across 15+ accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
Assist with SEO, paid social, and PPC campaigns—helping with asset creation, ad formatting, and performance tracking
Use analytics tools to help monitor engagement and conversions, and create visual reports for ongoing optimization
Systems & Process Support
Work across HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, ClickUp, and Office 365 to manage content delivery and campaign execution. CRM workflows, campaign tracking, and content delivery.
Maintain and update a growing content library, ensuring consistent branding and version control
Support the development of internal marketing systems, SOPs, and onboarding docs
Internal Collaboration
Serve as the creative point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to marketing/creative requests
Help guide cross-functional projects from idea to launch, keeping tasks aligned and on-brand
