Profitroom- Empowering hotels directly

We’re looking for an experienced Product or UX Designer to join our UX team.

In this role, you'll focus on improving guest booking journeys – from hotel discovery, through selection and payment, all the way to arrival. You’ll also help us design smarter tools for hoteliers to better manage their properties and guests.
Our UX team is focused on providing the outstanding booking experience matching the outstanding standards set by our hotels.

Daily activities:

  • Solve problems and improve user experience, focusing primarily on guest journeys and stay booking flows (B2C), while also strongly supporting product initiatives related to hoteliers and their tools (B2B)
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (from low- to high-fidelity) that bring clarity to user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate closely in designer-researcher duos, to iterate on ideas, based on user feedback and data insights
  • Work hand-in-hand with PMs to translate product strategy and analytics into actionable UX improvements and product development
  • Prepare and facilitate co-creation workshops to explore ideas and solutions
  • Present your work during our UX biweekly, gathering feedback from the broader product and engineering team (we care about aligning the entire team on new product directions)
  • Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends and industry reports to support your design decisions with evidence
  • Regularly participate in weekly UX team meetings and quarterly planning sessions (on-site at our Poznań office).

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
  • Solid background in e-commerce and/or SaaS product environments
  • Mastery of Figma and a sharp eye for sleek, modern UI
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • You follow the best UX/UI standards, especially in e-commerce and booking/shopping flows
  • Advanced prototyping skills and the ability to independently create complex prototypes and wireflows to convey your ideas
  • A strong focus on delivering value to both users and the business, with ownership of solutions that align with business metrics and strategic goals
  • Proficiency in using workshops to define design scope, explore ideas, and align stakeholders around user needs
  • Demonstrated skill in clearly communicating design rationale to cross-functional teams (Engineering, PM, UX)
  • Proactive mindset - you identify improvements or innovation opportunities and contribute to product growth without waiting for instructions
  • Curiosity and openness to use AI tools in your daily practice
  • Fluent English (C1 level) in speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be awesome!
  • We enjoy working with individuals who have broad perspectives; additional experience at the intersection of business, research or digital design will be a plus.
