Intragen is a leader in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solutions with amazing teams in 5 European countries. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior IAM Consultant to work on cutting-edge IAM & IGA projects working with our expanding client base in Finland.


Location: 


Finland – remote working but must be based in Finland & be eligible for Security Clearance from Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO) to work with Finnish clients.


Job Description


As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction to clients during Identity and Access Management (IAM) deployments. You will act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring that IAM initiatives align with clients' strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills in both agile methodologies and client engagement, with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Guidance for Clients: Lead clients through IAM deployments, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment of IAM initiatives with business needs and objectives.
  • Bridging Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex IAM concepts into business-friendly terms for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Incident and Ticket Management: Manage escalated issues and complex tickets, ensuring prompt resolution while continuously improving ticket handling processes to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor IAM consultants by sharing best practices, offering guidance, and supporting their professional growth, helping them advance their capabilities in the IAM field.
  • Business Value Focus: Work with clients to align IAM solutions with their business objectives, providing tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and support strategic growth.
  • Workshops and Client Engagement: Conduct workshops and presentations for clients, promoting an understanding of IAM best practices and showcasing the value of strategic IAM initiatives.
  • Governance and Compliance Support: Assist clients in developing IAM governance frameworks that align with compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Client Relationships and Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IAM processes, helping clients enhance their security posture and operational efficiency.


Requirements:



  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, Identity Federation) and deployment strategies across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • 5 years+ experience working on complex technical IAM solutions that align with client objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • 5 years+ experience working on complex technical Quest One Identity Manager solutions ideally including the following:
    • Installing and upgrading One Identity solutions (database, job services, web services).
    • Understanding of One Identity database schema and relationships for troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of SQL procedures and One Identity configuration.
    • Experience with custom connectors (PowerShell, SCIM, CSV, etc.) and non-standard OOTB connectors (EPIC, ServiceNow).
    • Proficiency in One Identity coding (VB.net, Angular, custom processes, permissions configuration, report editing).
  • Any knowledge of Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Workato desirable. 
  • Ability to align IAM initiatives with business goals and communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading agile teams, managing sprints, and optimizing workflows to deliver business value desirable.
  • Skilled in resolving complex IAM issues and improving ticket handling processes for enhanced client satisfaction.
  • Strong IAM governance, compliance frameworks and regulatory standards knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships and ensure IAM solutions meet client needs.
  • Results driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
