The Opportunity

KUDO is seeking a high-performing Account Executive with the potential to evolve into a Head of Sales role. You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at the forefront of AI-powered language accessibility combined with human expertise. This is a unique opportunity to shape how leading enterprises, institutions, and government agencies deliver multilingual communication at scale.


You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and play a key role in building long-term relationships with strategic accounts. Primary Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed annual bookings targets for your territory and assigned accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and expanding accounts
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new and existing opportunities across enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align on messaging, roadmap, and client success
  • Maintain long-term post-sale relationships, driving renewals and account growth through upsells and expansions
  • Lead high-stakes enterprise negotiations with C-level and procurement stakeholders
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and provide feedback on tools, pricing, and processes
  • Demonstrate leadership potential by proactively shaping sales strategy and mentoring teammates as needed


Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology or SaaS sales with a recurring revenue model
  • Proven track record of closing new business and growing strategic accounts
  • Experience in an early-stage/startup environment bringing a new product to market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; equally effective in-person or virtually
  • Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus
  • High EQ and strong ability to build trust with diverse client stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Cultural awareness and comfort working in a globally distributed team
  • Bonus: experience in enterprise sales within regulated industries (e.g. pharma, manufacturing, finance, gov)
