This is a remote position.
Overview :
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire BillingCenter solutions.
Configure and support Guidewire BillingCenter functionalities such as billing accounts, invoices, payments, and collections.
Work closely with development teams to ensure system integrations and customizations meet business needs.
Perform functional testing and support UAT activities.
Provide support and training to end-users on BillingCenter functionalities.
Assist in the design and implementation of billing workflows, reporting, and automation.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter.
Strong knowledge of billing processes in the P&C insurance domain.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience with Guidewire integrations, configuration, and testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Guidewire BillingCenter certification.
Experience with other Guidewire products like PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
