The Role: Matching Team Lead

You know how to see the big picture and connect the right pieces to make it work.


As a Matching Team Lead, you’ll take charge of making sure our clients are paired with Remote Team Members (RTMs) who truly align with their business needs. You’ll lead a focused team, manage the matching process from end to end, and work closely with other departments to improve how we match, how fast we match, and how well those matches last.

From reviewing profiles to handling escalations, you’ll bring strategy, clarity, and people-first thinking to everything you do.

What Your Days Might Look Like:
  • Lead and support the team responsible for matching RTMs with U.S. clients
  • Review client profiles, business needs, and RTM qualifications to make smart and timely matches
  • Troubleshoot challenges in the matching process and help your team resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Recruitment, Onboarding, HR, and Training to improve handoffs and workflows
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Build templates, tools, and best practices to help your team grow
  • Monitor trends and data to improve the matching experience
  • Ensure RTMs are ready for client placement, with the right support and resources

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, client success, or operations
  • You have led or mentored a team for at least 1 year
  • You’re a strong communicator who can build trust with both clients and teammates
  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems
  • You know your way around CRMs, spreadsheets, and remote tools
  • You value structure but aren’t afraid to suggest improvements
