Software QA Specialist (Microsoft Azure)

This is a remote position.

As a member of QA, you will work with the team responsible for front end application and will have a large impact on the overall quality of products and the process of product development. You will have autonomy in the testing of critical software development and the design and implementation of automated regression testing.

• Work closely with the project team to understand the User Story acceptance criteria and translate them into test scenarios/cases;
  

• Review and analyze system requirements and technical specifications to plan, design and execute test iterations;
  

• Execute manual test cases, document anomalies, identify reproduction steps, submit test results and curate data used for testing;
  

• Take an active role in assisting developers with issue diagnosis and providing design feedback;
  

• Participate in the development of Quality Assurance standards and processes as well as continuous improvement of the methodology and best practices;
  

• Contribute to the definition of product functional specifications, browsers, screen dimensions, and performance acceptance criteria.
  

Requirements

• Technology certificate or equivalent;
  

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance;
  

• ISTQB certification is a positive, a solid plus.
  

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Developer Operations Test cases and Test Plans
  

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills;
  

• Resourceful and self-reliant;
  

• Rigorous and detail-oriented
