Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Itinerary Coordinator to support the planning and organization of customized client travel schedules. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and delivering clear, accurate, and visually appealing itineraries based on confirmed travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is deadline-driven, collaborative, and takes pride in creating seamless trip timelines for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile travel itineraries using confirmed bookings (flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities)

  • Coordinate with travel advisors to ensure all details are accurate and up to date

  • Deliver itinerary documents in clear, client-ready formats via email or client portals

  • Track and update changes or adjustments to itineraries as needed

  • Ensure all relevant documents, confirmations, and contact info are included

  • Maintain organized records of itinerary versions and client files

  • Communicate with team members regarding missing or updated trip components


Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support, coordination, or customer service preferred

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written communication and formatting abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and itinerary platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and client requests in a remote setting

  • Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
