  • Send reminders for overdue payments and process salary payments.

Job description

This is a remote position.

- Communicate with current and future customers through Email / WhatsApp and provide them with relevant information about the company and its products and services.

- Manage student registrations and assign them to their preferred class timing.

- Fees collection from students every month and tallying all the payments coming through various payment modes.

- Send reminders to students defaulting on fee payments.

- Sending teacher salary payments after attendance roster validation.

- Fulfillment of merchandise purchase orders coming through Email / WhatsApp.

- Print posters, banners and other marketing materials when needed.
