Senior Software Engineer (Growth)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-paced Growth team. In this high-leverage role, you’ll run product experiments that boost acquisition, retention, virality, and paid conversion. About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth team, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional squad working directly with product, design, data, and QA to build, test, and scale product-led growth experiments.

You will:

• Drive growth experiments that improve key product metrics: acquisition, retention, virality, and paid conversion.
• Build full-stack features using technologies like React, TypeScript, Django, Python, GraphQL, and Relay.
• Move fast and learn fast: we ship multiple experiments weekly and measure results rigorously.
• Collaborate with Growth leadership, including the Head of Product Growth, to align technical work with strategic business outcomes.
  
• Use data to drive decisions, set hypotheses, and define success metrics.
• Maintain a high-quality codebase with strong testing and documentation practices.

About You

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in high-growth product environments.
• Thrive in fast-paced, experiment-driven teams where speed and impact go hand-in-hand.
• Are curious about growth metrics, and motivated by understanding what moves the business.
• Have experience with feature flagging and experimentation platforms (e.g., GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly).
• Are excited about AI and tools like Cursor to supercharge your productivity.
• Love owning features end-to-end—from writing technical specs to monitoring post-release impact.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines.
• Have worked in remote environments and enjoy asynchronous collaboration.
  

Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or building products for product-led growth.
