Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Coordinator & Display Ads Specialist to lead our paid media efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Taboola, and Outbrain. You will manage ad campaigns, optimize budgets, and analyze attribution data to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, and Video).
  • Set up and monitor display campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, and similar native ad networks.
  • Perform keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM tagging, and attribution tools.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance with detailed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align landing pages with ad messaging.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve based on analytics and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Search + Display).
  • Proven experience with Taboola and Outbrain platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of attribution modeling (first click, last click, linear, data-driven, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and native ad platforms.
  • Understanding of UTM tracking and cross-channel attribution.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the language services or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Experience with programmatic or retargeting platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO and CRO principles.
