About the Role

Massivit 3D, a global leader in large-format additive manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial sales activities across the United States and support expansion into Latin American markets.

This is a hands-on, remote individual contributor role ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be based in California, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess deep expertise in industrial capital equipment sales, with bonus points for experience in 3D printing technologies.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and prospects in key verticals including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and entertainment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both mature (e.g., U.S., Canada) and emerging (e.g., Latin America) markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure alignment and deliver customer success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and actionable market intelligence to leadership.



Requirements

  • 10+ years of hardware sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience selling 3D printing systems or other industrial capital equipment is a major advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in both North and Latin American markets.
  • Native or fluent Spanish, and fluent Englishrequired.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50–70% throughout the Americas.
