The Client Services Operations Specialist is an execution-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver responsible for supporting the tools, reporting, and workflows used by our client-facing teams. This role works closely with the Manager of Client Services Operations to carry out key operational tasks, support day-to-day system administration, and bring structure to our growing operations.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys making systems more efficient, learning through doing, and building strong partnerships with support, CSM, professional services, and CX teams.
