Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe.
We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
Project objective:
full-time support in content collection and moderation in French language for an 8-week project.
Responsibilities:
Full-time support in content collection and moderation in French language for an 8-week project.
The training duration will be of 2 weeks w​ill be billable by the client separately.
No sensitive or PII content collection or moderation, although graphic content may be possible though unlikely.
Social media platforms to be covered: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
Agents will access content on client's internal review tool.
Shift timing will be 5 days a week / 8 hours per day and it will also depend on the team lead.
Requirements:
One year experience in content collection and content moderation, particularly in misinformation.
Each participant must be fluent in the language at a C2 level or native to the collection country. Each participant must be fluent in English.
Each speaker group needs to be located in their respective European countries.
