We’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented QA Specialist in ABA Therapy to join our US-Clients' Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and compliance of documentation processes that support behavior therapy services. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality assurance in healthcare.

PLEASE NOTE:

Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only

Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), with wired Ethernet connectivity is mandatory. Applicants without this setup cannot be considered

Power Backup: A reliable backup solution for load shedding and outages is required. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered
Working Hours: This role requires you to work in USA hours, Mon - Fri, from 9am to 6pm EST time (15h00pm to 00h00am South African time - subject to change depending on daylight savings)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct NoteGuard reviews and follow-ups with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to maintain documentation accuracy
Collect and manage Treatment Plan (TP) signatures
Perform audits and quality checks in Learning Tree
Support additional QA tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Prior experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or behavioral health is a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional and pleasant communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail
