We’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented QA Specialist in ABA Therapy to join our US-Clients' Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and compliance of documentation processes that support behavior therapy services. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality assurance in healthcare.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only 
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), with wired Ethernet connectivity is mandatory. Applicants without this setup cannot be considered 
  • Power Backup: A reliable backup solution for load shedding and outages is required. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered 
  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work in USA hours, Mon - Fri, from 9am to 6pm EST time (15h00pm to 00h00am South African time - subject to change depending on daylight savings)

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Conduct NoteGuard reviews and follow-ups with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to maintain documentation accuracy
  • Collect and manage Treatment Plan (TP) signatures
  • Perform audits and quality checks in Learning Tree
  • Support additional QA tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Prior experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or behavioral health is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional and pleasant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail
