Job description

Join our Business Development team as a Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager supports direct sales and account development, helping drive new business growth in Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) service areas. The role is hands-on, focused on pipeline building, client interaction, and coordination of proposals.

Location: Europe (Remote/Travel Required). All CV's must be submitted in English language.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in acquiring new business and a strong “hunter” mindset, particularly within Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.

Requirements

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Actively attract new clients and develop strong business relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned accounts, supporting consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achievement of assigned revenue goals.
  • Execute and support sales strategy alongside senior BD colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation activities and identify new opportunities in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.
  • Coordinate RFI responses and support RFP submissions for assigned accounts.
  • Support bid defense meeting preparation and client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the company CRM.
  • Support development of account plans and assist in managing existing client relationships.
  • Represent the company at professional industry events and conferences
  • Work cross-functionally with proposal, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Provide sales support during client onboarding and handover phases.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Sales Goal Execution
  • Ensure assigned sales goals are met and support team-level revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with solid presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by targets.
  • Cooperative, flexible, and aligned with the company’s values and mission.
  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or relevant field.
  • 2- 4 years’ experience in sales or account management in life sciences/CRO industry.
  • Fluent in English and native language (both spoken and written).
  • Very good proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
