Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Symplr platform, specifically around screen navigation, workflows, and configuration. Primary Responsibilities

Navigate and manage various Symplr system screens with expert proficiency.
Configure and maintain screen layouts, fields, workflows, and system rules to support operational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current configurations, and implement enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues related to screen behavior, system configurations, and user access.
Assist in testing and validating configuration changes before deployment.
Maintain documentation of configurations and system updates.

Education and Experience

Proven experience working with Symplr (especially provider credentialing or workforce management modules).
